Bonnard Lawson established its Shanghai office in February 2007, both in response to client demand and to further increase its footprint as an international law firm.

Since its establishment, the Shanghai office has been able to attract a very experienced team of lawyers and support staff, growing to around 15 fee earners and staff.

Bonnard Lawson Shanghai are able to take on mandates ranging from corporate and M&A transactions to tax and employment matters to private client and family office work. We also handle registrations of offshore vehicles in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions, through our affiliate Equasia Ltd.
